Abstract

This study was motivated by the increasing demand among Muslim women for private beauty treatments. The research problem focused on whether Service Quality (X1), Price (X2), and Location (X3) influenced Customer Satisfaction (Y) in using the services of Alqea Muslimah Salon. The study employed field research with a causal design to examine potential cause-and- effect relationships between variables using a quantitative approach. The subjects of this study were customers of Alqea Muslimah Salon in Pekanbaru, while the objects were the influences of Service Quality, Price, and Location. The population consisted of 277 individuals, with a sample of 79 selected through random sampling. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires. The partial test results showed a significant influence of Service Quality (X1), Price (X2), and Location (X3) on Customer Satisfaction (Y). This was evidenced by t-values exceeding t-table values: Service Quality (X1) with t-value 2.630 > t-table 1.664, Price (X2) with t-value 2.416 > t-table 1.664, and Location (X3) with t-value 2.242 > t-table 1.664. The correlation coefficient of 0.859 indicated that 85.9% of the variation in customer satisfaction was explained by the independent variables, while the remaining 14.1% was influenced by other variables outside the scope of this study.
