Abstract

Implementation is a process, method, creation, application, installation, and matter of putting into practice. RSIA Zainab Pekanbaru is a hospital that is based on Sharia principles, one of which is applying an Ijarah contract among the hospital, health workers and patients. The aim of the study is to investigate whether the implementation of the Ijarah contract among the Hospital, health workers and patients at RSIA Zainab Pekanbaru is in accordance with the Fatwa DSN-MUI No. 107 of 2016 concerning Guidelines for Organizing Hospitals based on Sharia Principles especially the Ijarah contract between the health workers and the patients. This is a descriptive qualitative study. The informants of the study are Legal officers at RSIA Zainab and 1 patient. The data collection techniques of the study are observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques of the study are data reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the implementation of the Ijarah contract among the hospital, health workers and patients is in accordance with the provisions of the Ijarah contract as in the Fatwa DSN-MUI No. 107 of 2016 specifically regarding the Ijarah contract between the health workers and the patients that its pillars and conditions have been fulfilled.
