Abstract
Madani Hospital does not implement the regulations that have been made by the government, this is because Madani Hospital does not provide shuttle transportation specifically intended for female nurses who work at night, Madani Hospital also does not provide nutritious food and drinks to female nurses who work at night, but only provides food rations worth Rp 25,000.00 every night as a form of conversion of consumption to each female nurse who work at night. In fact, employers are required to provide transportation to deliver and pick up female workers who get their turn to work at night and provide nutritious food and drinks for workers who work at night. The thesis entitled "Legal Protection for Female Nurses Working at Madani Hospital on the Night Shift Reviewed in Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower", discusses the main issue, namely: How is the Legal Protection for Female Nurses Working at Madani Hospital on the Night Shift based on Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Employment and Obstacles in Obtaining Legal Protection for Female Nurses Working in the Hospital Madani on the night shift. The method used to answer the problems mentioned above is the Empirical Legal Research method. Meanwhile, judging from its nature, this research is descriptive and analytical. Data was obtained through interviews and observations. Based on the results of the study, it is known that Legal Protection for Female Nurses Working at Madani Hospital on the Night Shift is not fully implemented. Female nurses who work at night at Madani Hospital do not get the shuttle facilities that they should receive as a form of protection for the safety and security of their female workers. In addition, nurses who work at night also do not get their rights to nutritious food and drinks that should be provided by Madani Hospital as the employer. The obstacle in obtaining legal protection lies in the lack of care and knowledge of Madani Hospital regarding the obligation to provide nutritious food and drinks for workers. Then lies in the negligence in the security system provided by Madani Hospital. Finally, Madani Hospital is constrained in providing shuttle transportation facilities for nurses who work at night due to a lack of operational funds.
