Abstract

ANALYSIS OF EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT BENGKALIS DISTRICT STAFFING AGENCY By : Albakri Mufthi ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to find out and explain how the implementation of the development of Civil Servants at the Office of the Personnel, Education and Training Agency in Bengkalis Regency. This research uses Qualitative and Quantitative Methods which complement each other. The respondents in this study amounted to 30 (thirty) people. Data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the development of Civil Servants in the Personnel, Education and Training Agency of Bengkalis Regency is "good enough". Some of them include the Education and Training indicators that have not fully provided opportunities for all employees to take part in competency development, on the promotion indicators not all have been given opportunities for senior employees, and not all employees have received mutations for refreshment even though their term of office has been fulfilled to be transferred. This means that the development of Civil Servants is carried out based on three indicators set in the form of Education and Training. It is suggested to officials who are interested in providing equal opportunities for employees who have met the requirements to carry out competency development. both in terms of education and training, promotions and employee transfers, so as to create a conducive working atmosphere and produce good performance.
