Abstract

The relationship between man and man is governed by a series of values and principles. One of the crimes committed by society is eviction. A violation is a process or way of acting a violation has the understanding that an act of violation of the law that jointly commits violence destroys people or goods. Which is in violation of the laws contained in section 170 of the Criminal Code. The method of approach that the researchers used in this research is an empirical law method. If reviewed by its type, then this research falls into the group of observational research that is carried out by means of direct research using data collection tools such as interviews and documentation. One of the crimes committed by society is beating. Gangbanging is a process or method of ganging up which means it is an act of breaking the law by committing violence against people or property. This action violates the laws contained in Article 170 of the criminal code. The formulation of the problem studied in this research is, (1).what are the causes of criminal acts of beatings in the indragiri hilir police area, (2). What are the efforts to overcome acts of beatings by the indragiri hilir police area. The results of the research explained that the eruption in the area of Polres Law Inhil in the background due to the factor of revenge, the environment, the reduction of the deprivation of the parents because of the busy work, and lastly the emotional factor. The one where the perpetrator feels unacceptable and engages other colleagues to make an insult. As for preventive measures such as law enactment to the public with a view to the impact of an eruption. And there's also action action such as the investigators receive reports from the public, come to the scene of the matter and the execution of detention or so called criminal proceedings. Then execution actions such as conducting summons, arrests, detention, searches, seizures and reconstruction.
