Abstract

It is very important to pay attention to the implementation of the rules and supervision of the 3kg Lpg Gas distribution flow, so that there are no deviations or violations of the 3kg Lpg Gas distribution flow, sales exceeding the Highest Retail Price (HET), scarcity, hoarding and misuse of 3kg Lpg. these activities can harm consumers of 3kg Lpg Gas. Apart from that, to ensure the realization of the target of providing subsidies by the government, to help and be used by people whose economy is classified as middle to lower (poor people). Based on the background above, the author is interested in conducting research with the first problem formulation, how is the distribution of 3kg Lpg Gas carried out by Gas bases to wholesale shops in Jake Village, Kuantan Singingi Regency, secondly, how is the distribution of 3kg Lpg Gas carried out by Gas bases to wholesale shops in Jake Village, Kuantan Singingi Regency, third, how is the distribution of 3kg Lpg Gas monitored by the Gas base to wholesale shops in Jake Village, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The research method that the author uses is observation research using a survey, meaning that the author conducts research directly at the research location to obtain the necessary information and data. Research that takes samples from the population using interviews and questionnaires as the main data collection tools. The nature of the research is descriptive, namely that the author provides a detailed description of how the rules and supervision of the distribution of 3kg Lpg Gas are implemented in Jake Village, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The results of the research are that the implementation of regulations and supervision over the distribution of 3kg Lpg Gas in Jake Village, Kuantan Singingi Regency by the Industry and Trade Service of Kuantan Singingi Regency is not yet optimal, this can be seen from the fact that there are still 3kg Lpg Gas bases that still violate the distribution flow of 3kg Lpg Gas which has been determined by the government, by selling it to stalls or grocery stores around Jake Village. So there is a shortage of 3kg Lpg Gas at the base, which causes people as consumers of 3kg Lpg Gas to be forced to buy it from stalls or wholesale shops at prices exceeding the Highest Retail Price (HET). Apart from that, the activities carried out by the base resulted in the government's objectives not being realized by providing a subsidized price for LPG Gas weighing 3kg for the poor.
