Abstract
THE INFLUENCE OF LEADERSHIP, DISCIPLINE AND COMMUNICATION ON PUBLIC SERVICES AT SUNGAI PARIT HEALTH CENTER INDRAGIRI HULU DISTRICT ABSTRACT Oksi Yunita Saputri This study aims to determine the influence of leadership, discipline and communication on public services at the Sungai Parit Community Health Center, Indragiri Hulu Regency. This research uses descriptive and quantitative methods. The sample used in this study amounted to 83 people. The assessment indicators used include the head of the puskesmas, executors of general inspections, Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy. The types and sources of research data are primary data obtained directly through respondents' assessments and supporting secondary data covering the general description and organizational structure of the Sungai Parit Health Center. Data collection techniques used interviews, observation, questionnaires and documentation. The technique used in this research is purposive sampling which is selected based on certain criteria. The data analysis technique used in this research is validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression, determinant coefficient, simultaneous test and t test. Based on the results of the study, it shows that simultaneously the variables of leadership, discipline and communication have a significant effect on public service so that it can be concluded that the fourth hypothesis is declared accepted. The R square value which explains that the independent variables consisting of leadership, discipline and communication variables have an influence on the dependent variable simultaneously while the rest is explained by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the partial test show that Ho is rejected, Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence between the variables of leadership, discipline and communication on public services. It is suggested that the leadership can improve discipline and communication so as to improve public services.
