Abstract

ANALYSIS OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SUB-DISTRICT INTEGRATED ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICE SYSTEM IN BUILDING PERMIT SERVICES IN SENAPELAN DISTRICT, PEKANBARU CITY By: REGIZKHA ANNISA ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the implementation of the District Integrated Administration Service System in building permit services in Senapelan District, Pekanbaru City and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors. This research uses qualitative methods with a case study approach as a research strategy. As for the research infoman, there were 14 people. The results showed that the implementation of the District Integrated Administration Service System in the Building Permit service in Senapelan District, Pekanbaru City, which was analyzed based on tangible indicators, has been able to be implemented optimally, this can be seen from the availability of facilities and infrastructure supporting services. For reliability indicators that cannot be implemented optimally, this is because there are still limited employee capabilities. For this indicator of responsiveness has been implemented optimally, it is known from employees to work correctly and thoroughly without any errors. For the guarantee indicator has been implemented optimally, this can be proven from the officer providing timely guarantees in service. As for the empathy indicators have not been implemented optimally, this can be seen from not all service personnel putting the interests of service users first. The supporting and inhibiting factors include: Supporting Factors include 1). The emergence of mutual encouragement between fellow employees at work. 2). Ensure regular coordination meetings are held for all employees. 3). The establishment of polite and polite attitudes and friendly behavior of working employees. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors include: 1). Public awareness is still low. 2). Limited resources of the apparatus. 3). The influence of political policies in the implementation of sub-district services. 4). Society that is disobedient and tends to be disorganized in terms of obtaining services
