Abstract
This research is motivated by 21st century education which requires students to have several competencies, namely: critical thinking skills, communication skills, creative abilities, learning abilities, ability to understand and use various communication media competently on Bloom's Taxonomy. So every school should apply Bloom's Taxonomy. The phenomenon that was found was that the MGMP (Subject Teacher Deliberation) had not prepared the questions in accordance with the standardization of the quality of the even semester final exam questions. So this study aims to determine the percentage of cognitive level of Bloom's Taxonomy in the end of even semester exam questions for class X Indonesian at SMKN 2 Pekanbaru with a total of 50 multiple choice questions. This type of research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods, in which the results of the research will be described, analyzed, interpreted, and concluded. Data collection techniques used are documentation techniques, and hermeneutic. The data analysis technique used is content analysis. So the results of the study show that the percentage of the cognitive level in the even semester final exam questions in Indonesian for class X SMKN 2 Pekanbaru does not meet the appropriate proportions for the feasibility of Bloom's Taxonomy questions. At level 1 questions (knowledge and understanding) or LOTS tend to dominate as much as 72% with understanding questions (C2) and remembering (C1) then reduce the number according to the proportion of questions by 30%, then abilities with level 2 (application) or MOTS percentage was obtained too low, namely the ability to apply (C3), then the number was added according to the proportion of questions as much as 40, while in the question category level 3 (reasoning) or HOTS the percentage obtained was also relatively low at 24% with questions analyzing (C4), evaluating (C5) and create (C6) it is necessary to increase the number in accordance with the proportion of questions of 30%. Thus the calculation of the percentage will be in accordance with the standardization of the quality of the exam questions that have been made.
