Abstract

Sexual deviance can be interpreted as all forms of sexual deviance, whether in the direction of desire or review to determine sexual attitudes. Deviation is a disorder or abnormality, while sexual behavior is any behavior that is driven by sexual desire, both with the opposite sex and with the same sex. The forms of this behavior vary. Forms of child sexual abuse include persuading or pressuring a child to engage in sexual activity, providing indecent practices of genitals to a child, showing pornography to a child, and having sexual relations with a child, physical contact with child's genitals. Based on the background of the problem described above, the author first determines what are the factors that cause same-sex sexual harassment of children in the jurisdiction of the Rokan Hilir police station? and What are the Efforts to Prevent Same-Sex Sexual Harassment Against Children in the Rokan Hilir Police Legal Area? When viewed from the type of research, this writing can be grouped into sociological legal research which is carried out by survey, namely direct research using data collection tools in the form of interviews. This research is descriptive analytical in nature, namely where the author intends to describe or describe the prevention of same-sex sexual harassment against children in the Rokan Hilir jurisdiction. Factors that cause the occurrence of same-sex sexual harassment against children in the jurisdiction of the Rokan Hilir Police, that there are 7 (seven) factors that cause the occurrence of criminal acts of same-sex sexual harassment, namely as follows: a. Factor Education Factor b. Environmental Factors c. Technological Factors d. Community Factors e. Factors Weak Supervision from the Family f. Deviant Sexual Orientation Factors and Efforts to Overcome Same-Sex Sexual Harassment Against Children in the Rokan Hilir Police Legal Area, carried out by means of a). Pre-Emtive Legal Efforts, namely legal efforts in question are legal efforts that are implemented by instilling values or norms that grow and are present in society in a person. b) Preventive Legal Efforts. These legal efforts are a follow-up to Pre-Emtive legal efforts. is still included in the process of preventing the occurrence of a crime. c) Repressive Legal Efforts: These legal measures are explained as legal measures which in practice occur after a crime has occurred and take the form of law enforcement or the imposition of criminal law against the perpetrator.
