Abstract
THE EFFECT OF COOPERATION TOWARD PRODUCTIVITY OF EMPLOYEE THE FILD INFORMATION MANAGEMENT OF POPULATION ADMINISTRATION AND DATA UTILIZATION OF RIAU PROVINCE COMMUNITY EMPOWERMENT, VILLAGE, POPULATION AND CIVIL REGISTRATION SERVICES ABSTRACT FEBRIA MEGASARI This study aims to determine the effect of cooperation on employee productivity in the field of population administration information management and utilization of community, village, population and civil registration services data in Riau province. Employee collaboration indicators used include shared responsibility, mutual contribution, capacity building and effective communication. Follows employee productivity indicators, namely work quantity, work quality, timeliness and efficiency. The research is located in the field of population administration information management and utilization of community empowerment service data, villages, population and civil registration of Riau province. This is a descriptive survey. The research sample consisted of 33 employees. The sampling technique is Disproportionate Random Sampling. Collecting data in research using questionnaires, documentation and interviews. Analysis of the research data using Simple Linear Regression Analysis. The questionnaire has carried out a validity test which shows above 0.308 and the reliability test found by Alpha Cronbach is cooperation, namely 0.911 and productivity, which is 0.951. The results of the descriptive research show that employee cooperation is categorized as quite good. While the descriptive variable productivity found a good category. The results of the study using simple linear regression analysis found that R Square was 0.867, which indicated that there was a positif and significant effect of employee cooperation on employee productivity of 86.70%. While the remaining 13.30% is influenced by other factors that have not been studied. Effective communication and shared responsibility are the most dominant indicators influencing quality and efficiency indicators in generating work productivity.
