Abstract

IMPLEMENTASI PERATURAN PEMERINTAH NOMOR 30 TAHUN 2019 TENTANG PENILAIAN KINERJA PEGAWAI NEGERI SIPIL JABATAN FUNGSIONAL GURU PADA DINAS PENDIDIKAN KEPEMUDAAN DAN OLAHRAGA KABUPATEN KAMPAR ABSTRACT AFRIZA AGUSTINA This study aims to determine the implementation of Government Regulation Number 30 of 2019 concerning Performance Evaluation of Civil Servants for Functional Positions of Teachers at the Kampar Regency Youth and Sports Education Office and to find out what obstacles are found in implementing this Government Regulation. The type of research used is descriptive research, while the analysis was carried out using a qualitative research approach. The research location chose objects at SD Negeri 010 Tanjung Alai, XIII sub-district Koto Kampar and SD Negeri 003 Bangkinang Kota with special informants for teachers who had the status of Civil Servants. The research method used is the Purposive Sampling method in taking samples of the criteria for teachers who have been appointed to functional teacher positions by using data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews (interviews) and direct observation observations. Of the 12 informants consisting of key informants, main informants and civil servant teachers from the two research objects, the results of the research regarding the implementation of Government Regulation Number 30 of 2019 concerning Performance Assessment of Civil Servants for Functional Positions of Teachers at the Office of Education, Youth and Sports Kampar Regency has been running well even though there is still a shortage of resource factors, both a shortage of experts and a shortage of facilities and infrastructure.
