Abstract

This research was conducted aiming to determine the effect of internal control, good governance and leadership style on the performance of sub-district offices in Pekanbaru. This type of research is a descriptive quantitative research with the research object of the sub-district office in Pekanbaru. In this study, determining research subjects using the census method, sampling using purposive sampling so that the number of respondents in this study was 36. The data used were primary data, namely in the form of research questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using SPSS 20.0 software. This study states that (1) There is an influence of internal control on the performance of the sub-district office in Pekanbaru, (2) There is an influence of good governance on the performance of the sub-district office in Pekanbaru, (3) There is an influence of leadership style on the performance of the sub-district office in Pekanbaru, (4 ) The influence of internal control, good governance and leadership style simultaneously or simultaneously on the performance of the sub-district office in Pekanbaru.
