Abstract
The problem in the research is the low level of physical condition of volleyball athletes in Kuantan Sako, Kuantan Singingi Regency. This study aims to determine the physical condition of Kuantan Sako volleyball athletes, Kuantan Singingi Regency. This type of research is descriptive. The population in this study were 15 volleyball athletes from Kuantan Sako, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The sample from this research was 15 volleyball athletes from Kuantan Sako, Kuantan Singingi Regency. Data was collected using measurements of aerobic endurance (Bleep Test), Speed (100 meter run), Agility (T-Test Agility Test), leg muscle explosive power (Vertical jump). Based on the physical condition of Kuantan Sako volleyball athletes from Kuantan Singingi Regency from 15 samples, aerobic endurance (bleep test) was in the medium category with an average value of 33.06. Speed (100 meter run) is in the poor category with an average value of 12.18. Agility (Agility T-Test) is in the medium category with a percentage of 13.85. Leg muscle explosive power (vertical jump) is in the medium category with an average value of 61.6. With the conclusion that the average physical condition of Kuantan Sako volleyball athletes in Kuantan Singingi Regency is in fair condition.
