Abstract
THE EFFECT OF PULLEY TILLING ANGLE VARIATIONS ON CVT TRANSMISSION ON THE PERFORMANCE OF MATIC I SLINDER MOTORCYCLES Khairul Roziq, Eddy Elfiano, Faculty of Engineering, Islamic University of Riau. Kaharudin Nasution No 133 Perhentian Marpoyan, Pekanbaru E-mail khairulroziq@student uir ac id Abstract The discussion this time is the object being analyzed is the GM-FI 150 cc automatic motorcycle which has a Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) transmission system based on a V- belt. CVT is a gearless transmission system whose working principle is by utilizing a change in diameter between the drive pulley and the driven pulley. Changes in Speed Ratio occur through turning the drive pulley with a size variation of 15° 14° 13° which is tested. From the results of the study using an automatic motorcycle with a cylinder volume of 150 cc. getting the largest torque results using a variation of the drive pulley tilt angle of 13.8 with the torque obtained of 17.25 Nm with the dynotest test instrument. While the lowest torque value using a drive pulley angle of 13° gets a torque value of 13.58 Nm with a torque of 2nd order after 13.8°, while the angle variation of 15° gets a torque value of 14.5 Nm.performance, work method, Trasnmition
