Abstract

The development of powerpoint-based learning media assisted by mind maps is included in research and development (R&D). min map is one of the teaching materials that makes it easy to place information into the brain and extract information from the brain during learning activities. This study aims to produce learning media based on Powerpoint assisted by a mind map on material on the human circulatory system that is valid and practical. This development research uses the Plomp development model which has three stages, namely the initial investigation stage, the development or prototyping stage, and the assessment stage. The data collection instruments used were validation sheets, interview sheets and validated practicality questionnaires. The sampling technique used in this research is simple random sampling. Data collection was carried out using validation sheets and questionnaires. The validation results by media experts show that the learning media developed has an average percentage of 93.33% (very valid). The validation results by material experts get an average percentage of 91.38% (very valid). The validation results by learning experts get an average percentage of 98% (very valid). The results of practicality by students show that the developed media gets an average percentage of 89.67% (very practical). The results of teacher practicality show that the developed media gets an average percentage of 93.49% (very practical). The conclusion is that learning media based on powepoint assited by mind map on the circulatory system material in humans gets a percentage of 94,23 in the valid category and 91,58% in the practical category.
