Abstract
This research aims to develop e-biology modules integrated imtaq values on valid vertebrate material used in learning. The research method used is research and development, or R & D, with the ADDIE development model. (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluate). However, researchers restricted this research only to the development stage due to time and cost constraints. The research was conducted in three schools: SMAN 1 Tapung Hilir, MA Roudhotul Hidayah, and MA Al-Falah. Data analysis techniques include observations, interviews, documentation, and elevation of student responses. Descriptive analysis is a technique used to analyze data. The research results show that the e-module that integrated the imtaq values developed has highly valid criteria. It is based on the validation of three validators, with a score of 95% for material experts, 100% for media experts, and 96.67% for imtaq experts. Student responses to the e-module developed have a very valid category, with an average percentage of 95.67%.
