Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Work Supervision on Employee Performance through Organizational Commitment at SPPBE – PT. SINARMANDIRI ALAMSEJAHTERA. Sources of data used in this study using primary data and secondary data, namely interviews, questionnaires, observations, documentation, and literature study. The population of this study is the employees of SPPBE – PT. SINARMANDIRI ALAMSEJAHTERA, totaling 40 people who were also the sample in this study, using the saturated sample technique (census). This study uses quantitative methods using SmartPLS 3 software. The tests used are Mesurement testing (Validity Test and Reliability Test), Structural Model Testing (R-Square and T Test), Hypothesis Testing (P-Vales Test), and Path Analysis. The results showed that work supervision on employee performance through organizational commitment at SPPBE - PT. SINARMANDIRI ALAMSEJAHTERA.
