Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the effectiveness of the use and trust in accounting information system technology on individual performance at minimarkets in Marpoyan Damai District, Pekanbaru. The population of this study were all minimarket employees in Marpoyan Damai District, Pekanbaru, totaling 23 minimarkets. Sampling was carried out by purposive sampling technique and the number of samples tested based on certain criteria was 23 samples. The data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 23 minimarkets, so that 2 people were determined as respondents for each minimarket. This study uses a multiple linear analysis model with SPSS 22.00 software The results of this study indicate that simultaneously, the effectiveness of use and trust in accounting information system technology has a significant effect on individual performance. Partially, the effectiveness of the use of and trust in accounting information system technology has a significant effect on individual performance at minimarkets in the Marpoyan Dam subdistrict, Pekanbaru.
