Abstract
This study aims to analyze the level of implementation and design of green manufacturing in the Soebrantas Rotte Bakery business in Pekanbaru. The measure to determine the level of green manufacturing is guided by the theory of The Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), where there are 3 categories of green levels, namely beginner, intermediate and advanced. which includes recycling, waste to resources, LEAN Manufacturing, biodegradable materials, alternative energy, energy efficiency, and product and packaging design. The data used includes primary and secondary data, with data collection techniques through interviews and observation. Data analysis is descriptive and uses the OECD model. The results showed that Rotte Bakery Soebrant as in Pekanbaru is in the intermediate category, because it has 11 indicators that are considered green out of a total of 18 indicators.
