Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work stress on employee performance at PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas (TBS) Kuantan Mudik District, Kuantan Singingi District. The sample in this study totaled 57 employees in the processing section using the saturated or census sampling method, the data was processed using IBM SPSS 25.0 as a research analysis tool. This research uses descriptive method and simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of hypothesis testing partially work stress variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The magnitude of the contribution made by the work stress variable to employee performance is shown by the value of the coefficient of determination R square (R2). The results of this study indicate that work stress has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas (TBS) Kuantan Mudik District, Kuantan Singingi Regency.
