Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of human resource audits on employee performance at the Gunung Bungsu Village Health Center, District XIII Koto Kampar. The population in this study were 50 people consisting of civil servants and contractors at the Gunung Muda XIII Public Health Center, Koto Kampar. The sampling technique in this study was to use a census sample, where all members of the population were used as samples. The number of samples in this study were 50 people consisting of civil servants and contractors at the Gunung Muda XIII Public Health Center, Koto Kampar. In this study the authors used two types of data, namely primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and interviews. The method used is simple regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) The results of the descriptive analysis concluded that overall the respondents stated that the human resource audit and employee performance were in the very good category at the Gunung Bungsu Village Health Center, XIII Koto Kampar District. (2) The test results stated that the human resource audit had a significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Gunung Bungsu Village Health Center, District XIII Koto Kampar.
