Abstract
This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of organizational culture and work environment on the performance of employees of the fifty city tourism and sports department. The sampling technique in this study was to use a saturated or census sampling technique. In this case the researcher took a sample of all employees of the Fifty Cities Tourism, Youth and Sports Office by distributing questionnaires to employees, totaling 37 samples. The method used is descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. The results showed that (1) organizational culture and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) partially organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and (3) partially work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
