Abstract
This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between work conflict on employee performance at PT Lidah Sampana, Tembilahan Hulu sub-district, Indragiri Hilir district. The population in this study were all permanent employees of PT Lidah Sampana, totaling 61 employees, then a sample of 52 employees using a total sampling technique (census) where all members of the population were sampled. In analyzing the data the author uses quantitative methods, then the results of the research are analyzed using simple linear regression with the help of the SPSS 20 program. So that there is an influence between work conflict on employee performance at PT Lidah Sampana. From the results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination, R2 is 0.553, which means that work conflict has an influence on employee performance by 55.30% and the remaining 44.70 is influenced by other factors not included in this study. Then the results of the R (correlation) analysis are of 0.743 which is a variable work conflict that has a very close and positive relationship to the performance of employees at PT Lidah Sampana, Tembilahan Hulu District, Indragri Hilir Regency.
