Abstract

This study aims to find out about work stress on employee work productivity at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Lubuk Dalam Siak Regency. The sample in this study was 60 employees in the processing section using the saturated or census sampling method. The data was processed using IBM SPSS 24.0 as a research analysis tool. This research uses descriptive method and simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of hypothesis testing the work stress variable has a negative and significant effect on employee work productivity.
