Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of the work environment and work motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Duta Palma Nusantara. The population used in this study were all employees in the PKS Process Department Division of PT. Duta Palma Nusantara totaling 36 people by taking samples using saturated samples. Data collection techniques in this study were questionnaires, observation and documentation. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive method and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that (1) Simultaneously the work environment and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, (2) Partially the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a value of t = 2.972 with significance value of 0.005 <0.05, and (3) Partially work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a value of t = 7,900 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05.
