Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Leadership and Supervision on Work Discipline at PT. Nusantara Plantation V Sei Pagar, Kampar Regency. This study used the census method, the research data was collected from 38 employees in the company. The data for this study were obtained from a questionnaire (primary), Partial least squares (PLS) were used to test the hypothesis in this study using SmartPLS 3.0. The results from the T-statistic study show that Leadership and Supervision have a positive & significant effect on the Work Discipline of Office Section Employees at PT. Nusantara Plantation V Sei Pagar, Kampar Regency.
