Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at PT. Nugraha Eka Courier Line (JNE) Sisingamangaraja Pekanbaru Branch. This research is a quantitative type with associative method with a total sample of 96 people through accidental sampling technique. Collecting data in this study using a questionnaire with data analysis techniques using simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was a significant and positive influence between service quality and customer satisfaction at PT. Nugraha Eka Kurir (JNE) Route, Sisingamangaraja Pekanbaru Branch, meaning that if the quality of service increases the better, customer satisfaction will also increase.
