Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of price and service quality on customer satisfaction. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach using data in the form of numbers. The data source used to obtain accurate data is by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The sample used in this study was Dans Coffee Bangkinang visitors with the criteria of having visited more than once and buying products at Dans Coffee Bangkinang as many as 60 respondents with a sampling technique using a certain technique (purposive sampling). Methods for data processing using data collection scale techniques, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, partial t test, and f simultaneous test. The result of the t-test is that price has a significant effect on customer satisfaction and service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, the result of the f test is that price and service quality have a significant effect on customer satisfaction.
