Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the supply chain of domestic chicken eggs in Pekanbaru (a case study at the Bareh Solok Syakinah store in Pekanbaru). The object of this research was conducted at the Bareh Solok Syakinah shop in Pekanbaru with the shop owner's internal party as an informant (sample) using the purposive sampling method. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviewing and conducting literature studies. This research uses primary data and secondary data, kualitatif analysis using the House Of Risk method. The data analysis method in this study used descriptive and kualitatif analysis. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the egg supply chain at the Bareh Solok Syakinah store is effective but not optimal because there are still risk causes that will become risk events and have an impact on supply chain performance. Risk events can be minimized or eliminated by anticipating priority risk causes with various recommended preventive actions.
