Abstract

The term drug actually appears in society to make it easier to remember what is defined as narcotics and dangerous or illegal drugs. These hazardous materials also include chemicals, toxic waste, pesticides or others. The illicit trafficking of narcotics involves many children, adolescents, students, entertainment venues, groups of workers and housewives or women, even women are often seen as a powerful tool for distributing narcotics. There are several factors that can influence narcotics abuse. The first is the self factor, which is a great curiosity to try, without realizing or thinking long about the consequences in the future, the desire to experiment out of curiosity, the desire to have fun, the desire to be accepted in a certain group or environment, and run away from problems. . the two factors of the social environment, namely the influence arising from the social environment of the perpetrator, both the school environment, relationships and others. And the third is the personality factor, namely inferiority complex, emotionally unstable, and mentally weak. Narkoba stands for narcotics, psychotropic substances and other addictive substances. Narcotics and psychotropics on the one hand are beneficial for treatment or health services. On the other hand it can cause dependence, and is often misused, that is, it is used not for medicinal purposes, but to enjoy its effects. Other addictive substances are other substances that can cause dependence and are often misused, and even become a gateway for the use of narcotics and psychotropic substances. Because of the danger, their distribution and use are regulated by law. If it is done outside the legal provisions it is a crime. Narcotics and psychotropic crimes are transnational in nature, so they need to be controlled and closely monitored.
