Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the discipline and work productivity of the employees of the Siak BRI Bank Branch Office and their influence. The method used is a quantitative descriptive method. Types and sources of data used are primary and secondary. The population is all employees of 37 employees. Using the census technique, it is known that the number of samples is 37 people. Data collection techniques were obtained through interviews and research questionnaires. This research was conducted with a quantitative descriptive method. The conclusion in this study is that the work discipline variable has a significant effect on the employee work productivity variable at the Siak BRI Bank Branch Office, as evidenced by the t test value > t table.
