Abstract

This research wants to examine the implementation of policing and the application of the community policing method in preventing fraud crimes through electronic media at the Pekanbaru Police. The research method uses is case study research, which means an approach that focuses attention on a case intensively and in detail. the author chose the research location at the Pekanbaru Police. The Reason author chose the research location at the Pekanbaru Police Station was because in this it made it easier for the writer to obtain the need in analyzing cases related to the research title. This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis. Aftre the data is collected completely, thoroughly, conducting intensive interviews, the dara os analyzed using the concept and theories used.
