Abstract
Lobbying and negotiating a communication to establish cooperation with other parties. Lobbying and negotiation strategies carried out to reach an agreement in business between the seller and the buyer. Using an approach to both parties to find out the characteristics of both parties to determine what strategy to use. Lobbying and negotiations will be very meaningful if mutually beneficial to both parties. Data obtained directly from the field or place of research. The source of the data in this study was taken by direct interviews with the marketing department of PT Rajawali Nusindo Pekanbaru. Lobbying and negotiation strategies used by PT. Rajawali Nusindo is a strategy of selling and distributing goods to various outlets in various regions, especially the Pekanbaru branch to approach retailers in distributing their products. The type of supply channel used by PT. Rajawali Nusindo Pekanbaru Branch is an indirect bidding channel, lobbying and negotiation at PT. Rajawali Nusindo Pekanbaru Branch can be viewed from the side of market coverage, costs, and controls that have not been optimal in increasing sales results. In terms of market coverage, the company's sales will decrease, because some product groups are no longer being sold due to low consumer demand, as a result they do not order products anymore and PT.
