Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the Operational Risk Management of CPO Loading and Unloading at PT. Rezeki Tirta Samudra at Eka Dura Port Buatan. This study uses primary data and secondary data. Where the primary data is obtained by means of interviews and secondary data is found by conducting a literature study. The data analysis method in this study uses qualitative analysis which is described in descriptive form using the House Of Risk method. Based on the research conducted, it can be concluded that operational risk management at PT. Rezeki Tirta Samudra is not yet optimal because there are still risks that are difficult to predict and low risk anticipation that has an impact on operational performance. Such as the freezing factor in Crude Palm Oil (CPO) and less than optimal heating.
