Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of democratic leadership style on employee performance at PT. Pertamina Hulu Rokan Rumbai. The population used in this study were all employees of PT. Pertamina Hulu Rokan Rumbai as part of Facility Engineering with a total of 51 people, while the sampling technique used a census (saturated sample), namely all employees of Facility Engineering division, totally 51 respondents. This type of research uses quantitative data and for data analysis uses simple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 22 application. The results of this study can be written down as a leadership variable that has a significant effect on the performance of Facility Engineering employees at PT. Pertamina Hulu Rokan Rumbai.
