Abstract
This research was conducted to obtain information about the effect of work stress and work conflict on employee performance at the Joint Bumiputera Life Insurance Company Pekanbaru. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method, and the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study were 44 employees. Sampling used the census method where the entire population was taken as a sample of 44 people. Types and sources of data are primary and secondary data, while data collection techniques use questionnaires, interviews, documentation. Data analysis used in this research is descriptive method and quantitative method. The results showed that work stress and work conflict had a negative and significant simultaneous effect on the performance of employees of the Pekanbaru Bumiputera Joint Life Insurance.
