Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of financial and non-financial compensation on employee performance at the Duri Medika Clinic. The type of research carried out in this research is explanatory research to determine the effect of independent variables, namely financial and non-financial compensation, on the dependent variable, namely employee performance. The measurement of financial compensation variables and non-financial compensation variables in this research is based on indicators, namely salary, benefits, incentives and environment. The instrument used in the research was a questionnaire. The population used in this research was 33 employees of the Duri Medika Clinic. The data analysis tool used is multiple regression. Using validity and realiability tests, classical assumption tests, r-square tests, and hypothesis tests using SPSS. The results of this research indicate that the financial compensation variable has a significant effect on performance. Meanwhile, non- financial compensation variables have a significant effect on the performance of Duri Medika Clinic employees.
