Abstract
This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of work conflict on employee performance at PT. Pekanbaru Space Gate. The research population is all employees at PT Gapura Angkasa Pekanbaru, totaling 66 people. The sampling technique in this research is using the saturated sample technique. In this case the researchers took a sample of all employees of PT. Gapura Angkasa Pekanbaru by distributing questionnaires to employees totaling 66 samples. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis and simple regression analysis. The results showed that work conflict had a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Pekanbaru Space Gate. Employee Performance PT. Gapura Angkasa Pekanbaru is influenced by work conflict by 52.8%, while the remaining 47.2% is influenced by other factors not observed in this study. Companies are expected to always pay attention and supervise how employees work in order to reduce the occurrence of work conflicts because it can reduce employee performance
