Abstract
This research was conducted to determine the effectreward andpunishment on the performance of employees of PT. Arga Amerson. The sampling technique in this study is to use the techniquepurposive sampling. In this case the researcher took a sample of some of the employees by distributing questionnaires to employees, totaling 49 samples. The method used is multiple regression analysis. The research results obtained that: (1) simultaneouslyreward andpunishment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) partially reward has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) partially punishment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
