Abstract
ABSTRACT THE INFLUENCE OF EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE ON THE PERFORMANCE OF STATE HIGH SCHOOL TEACHERS IN KUANTAN MUDIK DISTRICT AGUNG GUMELAR 185210167 This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of emotional intelligence on the performance of public High School Teachers in the Kuantan Mudik Sub-District. The sampling technique in this study was to use a purposive sampling technique. In this case the researcher took a sample of 30 teachers by distributing questionnaires to the teachers totaling 30 samples. The method used is descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM/Smart PLS) analysis. The results showed that emotional intelligence had a positive and significant effect on the performance of public High School Teachers in the Kuantan Mudik Sub-District
