Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of work life balance on the performance of case studies on employees of the Aek Kenopan Hospital. This study used the purposive sampling method, the research data was collected from 95 employees in the hospital. The data for this study were obtained from a questionnaire (primary), Partial least squares (PLS) were used to test the hypothesis in this study using SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study found that there is a partially and simultaneously significant positive effect of work life balance on employee performance
