Abstract
Manpower development is regulated as well as possible so that basic rights and protection for workers are fulfilled. Employment has many dimensions and interrelationships, these interrelationships are not only for the benefit of the workforce during, before and after the working period, but interrelationships that cover all of them, both employers, government or society. The scope of employment is not narrow, limited and simple. Reality in practice is very complex and multidimensional. Therefore, it is true that labor law does not only regulate work relations, but also includes arrangements outside of work relations, and needs to be heeded by all parties and needs the protection of a third party, namely the authorities (government) if there are parties who are harmed, then need for legal protection. legal protection as a separate picture of the function of the law itself, which has the concept that law provides justice, order, certainty, benefit and peace. As for the main issues that will be examined by the author are as follows, How is the form of legal protection provided to employees at PT. Bank Riau Kepri Syariah and how is the implementation of the work agreement from the initial formation of the work agreement until the end of the work agreement. The purpose of doing this research is to find out how the form and content of the work agreement as well as implementation and how the implementation of legal protection for workers at PT. Bank Riau Kepri Syariah. Judging from its type, this research is a sociological research, namely by conducting a field survey directly related to the problems to be studied, namely at PT. Bank Riau Kepri Syariah, in Pekanbaru City. Based on the results of the author's research, the implementation of the work agreement between PT. Bank Riau Kepri Syariah and its employees has been going quite well, this is recognized by employees based on the results of interviews that the author conducted. The forms of legal protection provided also vary. Although, in practice there are still some labor rights that have not been realized. So far, PT. Bank Riau Kepri Syariah's efforts to improve the welfare of its employees have been much better and have improved the existing regulations.
