Abstract
The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of workload and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Sinar Reksa Kencana (SRK) Batang peranap District. This research is quantitative research. The sampling technique in this research uses the slovin formula. In this case, the researcher took a sample of employees of PT. Sinar Reksa Kencana (SRK) Batang Peranap District by distributing questionnaires to employees totaling 77 samples. The date collection technique in this research is a questionnaire. Interviews and documentation the methods used are descriptive anakysis abd smart PLS analysis. The research results showed that. (1) simultaneously workload and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performace. (2) partially workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and (3) partially work motivation has a positive and significant effect on emplayee performacee
