Abstract
The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze whether there is an influence of work motivation on employee productivity at CV. Garuda Lais Success Tanjung Murawa North Sumatra. The research method used in this study is to use a quantitative descriptive method with the process of collecting primary data through survey methods and distributing research questionnaires. The sample in this study are employees who work at CV. Garuda Lais Success. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 32 respondents. The data processing and analysis method used is the Ordinal Scale Method, Simple Linear Regression, Determination Coefficient Test and Partial t test. The results of this study indicate that there is a partial positive and significant influence of work motivation on work productivity.
