Abstract

This study was conducted to determine and analyze the work performance assessment on employee job satisfaction at PT. Adira Finance Pekanbaru Branch and to determine and analyze the influence of work performance assessment on employee job satisfaction at PT. Adira Finance Pekanbaru Branch. The location of this study is at Jalan Jend. Sudirman No. 152 Pekanbaru. The types and sources of data used are primary and secondary. The population and sample taken were 37 employees in the marketing department. Data collection techniques were obtained through interviews and research questionnaires. This study was conducted using a quantitative descriptive method. The conclusion in this study is and the results of descriptive research are known that the work performance assessment variable is in the good category. Employees have felt the work performance assessment during their work, which is seen from the work that is in accordance with their level of education and abilities so that they feel comfortable in working. The results of descriptive research are known that the job satisfaction variable is in the good category. Employees highly respect the company so that they always raise the company's good name. The results of data processing through statistical tests are known that work performance assessment has a significant effect on the job satisfaction variable at PT. Adira Finance Pekanbaru Branch.
