Abstract
This study aims to determine Financial Compensation and Organizational Commitment to Employee Job Satisfaction at PT. Tunggal Perkasa Plantation Air Molek. The population in this study was 122. Samping used the saturated sample method so that the entire population was sampled,namely 122. Types and sources of data are primary and secondary data, while data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression using SmartPLS version 4. The results of this study indicate that financial compensation and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of PT. Tunggal Perkasa Plantation Air Molek.
