Abstract
The purpose of this study wasto determine and analyze the workload and work productivity at PT. Padasa Six Utama Kalianta One Kabun, Rohul Regency. The population in this study were employees in the processing section, totaling 40 people. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis. The study found that the workload of employees at PT. Padasa Six Enam Utama Kalianta Satu Kabun, Rohul Regency , is quite high.This the company in various fields, the lack of supporting facilities and equipment provided by the company, as well as frequent machine breakdowns due to lack of maintenance and usage which sometimes does not follow the SOP. Then the work productivity of PT. Padasa Six Enam Utama Kalianta Satu Kabun, Rohul Regency, is quite high. This is indicated by the achievement of production for the last three years, namely 2016-2018 above 80 %. Although this achievement has not reached 100%, the results can be said to be satisfactory.
