Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of self-efficacy and work motivation on employee job satisfaction at PTPN V Sei Intan Rokan Hulu. The population in this study are all employees who work at this company. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling, namely the determination of the sample based on the consideration of the researcher where the sample was taken from the processing department employees, totaling 78 people. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study uses descriptive analysis and SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that with the coefficient of determination the magnitude of the effect of self-efficacy and work motivation is 82.4%. And the test results based on the partial t test showed that self efficacy and work motivation partially had a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction at PTPN V Sei Intan Rokan Hulu.
