Abstract
This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of work stress and normative commitment on turnover intention at the Grand Suka Hotel Pekanbaru. The population in this study was 68 with sampling using the Purposive Sampling method, so the sample in this study was 33 respondents from the front office, housekeeping, Food & Beverage and F&B Products. The types and sources of data are primary and secondary data, while data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique used in this research is a multiple linear regression test with the help of SPSS version 26 software. Work stress and normative commitment have an effect of 42.5% on Turnover Intention at the Grand Suka Hotel Pekanbaru. The results of this research show that work stress and normative commitment have a significant effect on turnover intention at the Grand Suka Pekanbaru Hotel.
